3.1 Purchase Processing

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store (or relevant app store platform). Apple Inc. is the merchant of record for all transactions. By making a purchase, you are entering into a transaction directly with Apple, not with us.

3.2 Pricing and Availability

Prices for in-app purchases and subscriptions are displayed before you complete a transaction. Prices may vary by region and currency. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but we will notify you of material price increases for subscriptions before they take effect.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

If you purchase a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the current billing period, but you will retain access to the App until your subscription expires.

3.5 Refunds

Refunds for in-app purchases and subscriptions are governed by the policies of the app store platform (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.). We do not process refunds directly. You may request a refund through your app store account within 14 days of purchase, or within the timeframe specified by the app store.

For issues with a refund, please contact the app store's customer support directly. We will cooperate with reasonable refund requests in accordance with applicable law and the app store's policies.

4. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for any data, information, or content you input into the Apps ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any User Content you provide, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
