Welcome to Wordsoup Daily. By downloading, installing, or using the app you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Wordsoup Daily for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

• Wordsoup Daily offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly Premium and Yearly Premium), a one-time Lifetime Premium purchase, and consumable coin packs.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Consumable coin packs and the Lifetime Premium purchase are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will take effect for the next billing cycle.

3. Virtual Currency

Coins earned or purchased within the app are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They may be used solely within Wordsoup Daily (e.g., for hints). Coins cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded outside the app.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its systems.
• Exploit the app or its content for commercial purposes without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Wordsoup Daily, including but not limited to puzzles, graphics, sounds, and code, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app.

6. Third-Party Services

The app integrates third-party services including Apple Game Center, iCloud, Apple Intelligence (on-device), and Google AdMob. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Advertisements

Free users may see advertisements served by Google AdMob. You may opt out of personalized advertising by declining the App Tracking Transparency prompt or adjusting your device settings. Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license to use the app is revoked.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles, and subject to any applicable consumer protection laws.
