Tus derechos
In short: Turnada has no accounts and no servers. We don't collect, store or share your personal data. Your shifts, notes and pay settings stay on your device and, on iPhone, in your own iCloud.
Who we are
Turnada is made by Diego Prados, an independent developer. For any privacy question, email dpappssupport@gmail.com.
What data we collect
None. Turnada works without an account or sign-up. The developer does not collect, store, sell or share personal data on any server, and receives no information about how you use the app.
Where your data is stored
On your device: your shifts, rotations, notes, people, bonuses and pay settings are stored on your phone or tablet.
In your iCloud (iPhone and iPad): if iCloud is on, Turnada syncs this data to the private database of your own iCloud account, protected by Apple's encryption. Only you can access it; the developer cannot see it. You can turn this off in iOS Settings.
On Android: data is stored on the device. If Android's system backup is turned on, it may include this data in your Google account, depending on your phone's settings.
Files you choose to share
Shared rosters, backups and exports (PDF, calendar file, spreadsheet) are files you create and send through whatever you choose (email, messaging, AirDrop…). Turnada never uploads them to a server. What happens to them depends on the app or service you use to send them.
Permissions the app may ask for
Calendar: to show your events next to your shifts (read only, on your device only). If you add an event from a day or export your shifts to the calendar, Turnada saves them to the calendar on your device that you choose. Your events never leave your device.
Camera and photos: only to import a photo of a printed roster. Text recognition runs on the device itself; the image is not uploaded anywhere or kept.
Notifications and alarms: wake-up alarms, reminders and warnings are scheduled on your device. We don't send push notifications from servers.
Every permission is optional: if you don't grant it, the rest of the app works the same.
Purchases
Turnada Pro purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive no payment details. The app only asks the store whether your purchase is active.
No analytics, no ads, no tracking
Turnada shows no ads, uses no analytics or advertising tools and does not track you across apps or websites.
Android: to read a roster photo on the phone itself, Turnada uses Google ML Kit. ML Kit sends Google technical diagnostics (device model and OS, app version, performance metrics, error codes and a per-installation identifier that doesn't identify you). It does not include your photo, your shifts or any personal data. More: ML Kit data disclosure. On iPhone, photo reading uses Apple Vision and sends nothing.
Children
Turnada is designed for adults who work shifts and is not directed at children. We collect no data from anyone, children included.
Your rights
Since we don't hold your data, there's nothing to request from us or delete on our side. You're in control: you can delete data in the app, turn off iCloud sync, or uninstall the app to remove it from your device.
Changes to this policy
If anything changes, we'll update this page and the date above. If a change affected how your data is handled, we'd let you know in the app.
Keine Analyse, keine Werbung, kein Tracking
